DAY 01: SRINAGAR LOCAL SIGHTSEEING.
Welcome to Srinagar, the Lake City. On arrival at Srinagar Airport, proceed to Houseboat for Night
Stay, Enjoy Shikara ride in the Evening. Overnight stay in Houseboat.
DAY 02: SRINAGAR LOCAL SIGHTSEEING.
Today proceed on a city tour visiting the Shankar Acharya Temple situated on the highest hill of
Srinagar, the famous Mughal Gardens - Chashmashahi, Nishat & Shalimar & Tulip Garden (if
will open) These gardens were Mughal Emperor's concept of Paradise and today these are popular
picnic spots. Visit Hazratbal Dargah Also. Overnight stay.
DAY 03: SRINAGAR-SONAMARG-SRINAGAR (90KMS/APPROX 03HRS DRIVE ONE
WAY).
Today you embark on a full day excursion to the picturesque ‘Meadow of Gold’ Sonamarg.
Sonamarg is the last stop of Kashmir district. From here starts the territory of Ladakh. Situated atan
altitude of 2743 mtr. above sea level. The fast-flowing Sindh River makes it popular for trout and
masher fishing in summer. You can opt for a pony ride (at your own cost) to one of the Thajiwas
Glaciers for some fun in snow and ice (at your own cost). You can also visit Zero Point/Zojila
Pass (at your own cost) Return to the Hotel in Srinagar in the evening and enjoy comfortable
overnight stay.
DAY 04: SRINAGAR-GULMARG-SRINAGAR (60KMS/APPROX 2 HRS DRIVE ONE
WAY).
After breakfast in the morning, we will begin our country tour towards Gulmarg. The drive past
colorful villages and rice fields, gives you an insight of the rich cultural past of Kashmir. Gulmarg is
one of the most beautiful hill stations in the world and also called Meadow of Flowers. It has the
world’s highest Golf Course (World’s Highest) and is also famous for winter sports like skiing etc.
You can enjoy a Gondola Ride/ Cable Car (at your own cost) from Gulmarg to Khilanmarg & Also
Visit Mohinishwar Shivalaya Shiv Mandir.
The 08 minutes of ropeway will take you past colorful shepherd hutments to the lower ridge of the
Apharawat Peak. From here, you can click lots of photos of the nearby mountain ranges that stand
tall like sentinels guarding the rich natural beauty of Kashmir valley. We descended back to Gulmarg
base after an hour. Overnight stay at the hotel Srinagar.
DAY 05: SRINAGAR-PAHALGAM-SRINAGAR (90KMS/APPROX 3 HRS DRIVE ONE
WAY).
After breakfast drive to Pahalgam (The valley of shepherds). Which is about 96 kms from Srinagar,
which will be covered in the app. 3 hours. You Can visit the saffron fields of Pampore, Awantipura
Ruins (1100 years old temple of Lord Vishnu built by the King Awantivarman), Martand Surya
Temple/Apple valley on En-route. Drive through the pine forests. Arrive at Pahalgam and enjoy
Lidder stream. After You can hire a union car (at your own cost) visit Aru Valley, Betaab Valleyand
Chandanwari (at your own cost). Evening return, dinner and Overnight stay.
DAY 06: RETURN HOME WITH HAPPY MEMORIES.
After breakfast transfer to Srinagar Airport to board your flight with memorable experience
